There is not only a hadron-collider, but also a computing farm. If the web would be www, the spider itself is there; a center in Geneve near mount & City Sion/Swiss.

The system of snake-byte (vaccine) + www is pretty clear described in Isaiah 59:5: "They hatch the eggs of vipers and spin a spider's web. The microchip is a complex issue. Apocalypse mention the worship of the beast. The conspiracy tries to be as faithful as possible to the apocaliptic text.
